What should I prepare before the practitioner arrives?
The practitioner brings all necessary equipment, including a professional mat, linens, and oils. You simply need to ensure there's enough floor space for the mat (approximately 2 meters by 1.5 meters) and a comfortable room temperature. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended for Thai massage sessions.
How long does each session typically take?
Session durations vary by service. In-Room Private Sessions can be scheduled for 60 to 120 minutes. Warm Herbal Compress Treatments typically last 75 to 90 minutes. The Traveler's Recovery Package takes 90 to 120 minutes. We recommend allowing an additional 15 minutes before and after for consultation and settling the session.
Is there a cancellation policy?
We understand that travel plans can shift. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 4 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly. Last-minute cancellations may incur a modest fee to cover practitioner travel time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payment at the end of each session, as well as mobile payment options including LINE Pay and bank transfer. Payment is handled directly with the practitioner after your session concludes.
